All you need to know

4, our Motorhomes are 4 berth.

Full roadside assistance is provided as part of your hire package, and you will be given information on how to access help if required. Please note that all of our motorhomes are new and built to the highest mechanical standard.

We do anticipate minor breakages – we just ask that you let us know before you get back to base so we have time to organise replacement items for our future customers. Other damages may be deducted from your deposit payment.

We do offer the option of an excess damage waiver which covers you in the event of damage to more expensive equipment on or inside the motorhome.

If you’re concerned about timings, talk to us and we can advise on typical trip details and timings, help you plan your trip and advise on the mileage you can expect to cover, dependent on your preferences.

Late return charges do apply.

Our motorhomes are available for collection between 2pm and 4pm and must arrive at least 1 hour prior to depot closing.

They must be returned between 9am and 10.30am and must arrive at least 1 hour prior to depot closing.

Late returns incur a surcharge of £50/hour or part thereof for the first three hours.

Just call us – we’ll organise a fast repair. In many cases this may be something we can advise on over the phone – you may just need to flip a switch or add some water! You’re never alone, we’re at the end of the phone!

Yes – we welcome your four legged friends. Talk to us about your requirements when you book.

Max of 2 dogs per booking & £50 per dog.

Our motorhomes are available for collection between 15.00hrs and 17.00hrs.

They must be returned on the day of departure between 10.00hrs and 10.30hrs.

Timings outside these hours may be available, but will be subject to an additional fee.

Late returns incur a surcharge of £50/hour or part thereof for the first three hours.

Any vehicle returned later than 13.30hrs will result in a fine equalling the balance of the security deposit.

Our motorhomes are available for collection between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.

Standard return times are between 9:00am and 10:30am.

Timings outside these hours may be available, but will be subject to an additional fee.

Your rental price includes comprehensive cover for one driver. Additional driver(s) can be added for an additional fee.

No – the country is your oyster! Although we always recommend that you have an itinerary and make the most of the beautiful countryside you will pass through. Take a look at our suggested itineraries and favourite places.

Your gleaming motorhome will be fully tanked and ready to go. We ask that you return the vehicle fully fuelled. Don’t worry if you are unable to do this for any reason, we will simply deduct the cost of a tank of fuel (or percentage thereof) from your deposit.
Yes. Please advise us in advance and make sure all drivers bring valid UK driving licences when you arrive to pick up your motorhome.
Yes, the motorhome is equipped with all the necessary power hook-up cables and fresh water filling hoses.
The security deposit will be taken when you arrive on site to collect your motorhome and we are completing all the documentation checks.

We can insure drivers between over the age of 30 who have help a full valid license for more than 3 years.

You can have up to 2 drivers per vehicle, your first driver is included in your rental cost, fees apply for each additional driver.

All drivers must be present to collect the Motorhome.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking there will be a £25 admin fee.

More than 6 weeks before collection: 25% of the total hire cost is non refundable.

6 weeks – 2 weeks before collection 50% of the total hire charge is non refundable.

2 weeks – No show 100% of the total hire charge is non refundable.

A Security deposit of £1,000.00 (£1,500.00 if taking a pet, going to a festival or large groups) is payable on collection of the motorhome on a credit or debit card.

The card holder must be present at the office and should have a phone/device which is linked to your banking app that will allow confirmation of the hold transaction.

Bedding & towels are NOT included in the motorhomes as standard although we do hire sets. A  double set can be hired for £50.00 per set which includes duvet, sheet, 2 pillows and 2 towels.

All motorhomes can fit a baby car seat/booster seat/ booster cushion. These can be hired from us for just £30.00 per seat.
All motorhomes have double glazing and wall and floor insulation. They’re also fitted with a gas heating/hot water system.

Bike rack holds 4 bikes.
